Our staff attempts to return all non-urgent patient calls within one business day. The nursing staff will make every effort to return all calls before noon or towards the end of the day. If time and schedules permit earlier call-backs, we ask that you leave telephone numbers where you can be reached before and after 5 P.M.
Prescriptions/Refills
If your call pertains to prescriptions or a prescription refill, please provide the telephone receptionist with the pharmacy telephone number and if a refill, the prescription number printed on the label of your prescription container.
After Hours
If you call after office hours, calls will be automatically forwarded to our answering service. For non-urgent calls, we ask that you abide by our automated message. If the call is urgent, you will be instructed to hit ' 0 ' for the operator.
Patient Privacy
Because patient information is confidential, we do not release any information about our patients to relatives, including spouse, friends, employees or insurance companies without prior written authorization.
