On Your Next WHC Visit, Bring A Spouse or Other Loved One

Updated: Apr 15, 2021

Hospitals across the nation are currently prohibiting family members or other loved ones from accompanying patients to appointments during the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, Women’s Health Consultants provides a welcomed alternative to hospital-based gynecological and obstetric services by enabling expectant mothers to experience the added care and important emotional support provided by an attending family member or other loved one during all appointments and delivery.

At WHC, we know the difficulties experienced during a pregnancy and value the unique support provided by loved ones. We are dedicated to the health and safety of our patients during this pandemic. Our facility adheres to prescribed CDC health protocols while providing the space that our patients and their family members or other loved ones need during their visits with us.

WHC staggers appointment schedules to ensure patients do not congregate within the waiting room. In addition, all WHC personnel are required to wear medical-grade facemasks during patient visiting hours and undergo regular temperature checks and COVID-19 symptom monitoring. All patients and visitors are screened for COVID-19 symptoms and are required to wear masks during visits. Hand sanitizer is provided for patients’ convenience, and our facility is deep-cleaned daily and sterilized on an ongoing basis.
